MASS I ROV or Rope

 Magseis Fairfield MASS I sensor capsule has a nominal recording time of up to 45 days (low power option can take it up to 65 days). Magseis Fairfields’ focus on high-end technology is underlined with 32-bit ADC resolution, chip scale atomic clock and 128 GB flash memory. The fully programmable CPU allows for a lot of flexibility by activating functionalities such as sleep/awake programming and enabling low-power option to increase battery lifetime.
The compact size of the sensor capsule allows for handling large numbers of nodes during operations.

 Leading edge sensor technology paired with the weight and density of the sensor capsule proves excellent sea floor coupling resulting in high quality 4C data for all types of sub sea conditions.
Due to the ultra-compact design there is principally no limit on the number of nodes which can be operated on any survey. The fully automated handling system, using industrial robots together with efficient data downloading and node management allows for increased efficiencies, low failure rates and safer operations.

The fully programmable CPU allows for a lot of flexibility by activating functionalities such as sleep/awake programming and low-power options to increase battery lifetime. Leading edge sensor technology paired with the weight and density of the sensor capsule proves excellent sea floor coupling resulting in high quality 4C data for all types of sub sea conditions. The MASS III node is designed to be efficient deployed by either ROV or being attached to either synthetic or steel rope.

 The compact size of MASS III allows for handling large numbers of nodes during operations.
